For the last 13 years I have been managing construction projects, building over 420 apartments, townhouses and villas in the 5 stars resort Praia D'El Rey Golf and Beach Resort, in Óbidos, Portugal.

Through the years I have worked with the most demanding clients from U.K to The Netherlands, from USA to Sweden. Each house was built according to client’s specifications, on schedule and with thorough surveillance, guaranteeing a quality finish worthy of the 5 star Resort.

Construction work: Managing, planning and coordinating multi tasks to be done in a construction project, in order to accomplish the expected result, on schedule and within budget.

Clients service: responsible for managing all clients requests during each construction project and during the warranty period, providing construction quality, cost control, schedule control and advisement on construction materials and equipments.
