Many of you moved to Central Portugal in order to have more time to yourselves and with your families and friends, but do you really get out-and-about?

How do you spend your time and what is there to do? Here we give you some ideas of what you can do to entertain yourselves and hopefully find some little gems that you didn’t know about.

What’s On in Central Portugal

We tell you about local events in Central Portugal and places to visit for Day's Out. This is the “coffee break” area of the site. We have a joke and humour corner and some funny articles or pictures to put a smile on your face.

Kid’s stuff

This a fun section just for kids. We have more jokes, things to do, fun ideas and stuff to download and print out. Great for those rainy days or summer holidays when it is actually too hot to go out, or when you are just bored of watching TV (well you never know?). We will also add information and reviews here about the local skate parks or other places for kids to hang out..and our reporters for this will be your children!

Town Focus

This is just as it says! Information about towns and villages in Central Portugal. We are doing spotlights on as many towns as possible and we will also bring you future plans that the Camara or Local businesses might be planning. History of Portugal

We are building up a history of Portugal from pre-history until recent times. Portugal has plenty of wars, revolutions and murders!!
